The silence of a lamp.

There is a moment when a person no longer wants to respond.

He does not want big words, no praise, no noise.

He just sits and listens.

And in that silence – something slowly moves.

Not outside, but inside.

Like when the mirror of a lake becomes smooth again, or the flame of a candle, suppressed by the wind, still regains a tiny light.

Maybe you are tired now.

Maybe you feel like all the energy has gone out of you.

But the soul does not run out. It only becomes quiet to hear its own voice again. Because silence is not a sign of emptiness. Silence is when God imperceptibly puts the lamp back in your hand.

You do not have to do anything now. It is enough to let the air rest around you.

The light is within you. You do not have to say it, you do not have to show it —

just let it be there.

And when you set out again, you won't need others to follow you.

Because whoever has seen your lantern once,

knows where the light is. 🌙
